Monthly Mailings and Daily Kaizen

We recommend that you send monthly emails and monthly mailings to the majority of your database. If you’re a client, we can get that done for you. In fact our Marketing Team and Mailings experts are in touch regularly with each client about this. Here are suggestions and steps:

  • Budget $10 per year per person for mailings. So 500 people = $5,000

  • Send monthly email and letter to all or some of Clients/SOI/Buyer/Seller ABC

  • We can decide what to send to which groups of people and give you counts

  • Emails should be sent at start of month and vary market statistics, listings for sale, and personal news/special event/holiday theme

  • Letters should be similar mix and mix of postcards and letters

  • Emails should be sent first week of month and letters should arrive two weeks later. That is the Billion Dollar Agent 24 touch system. Sounds a lot simpler than 33, huh? LOL.

  • We can do everything including concepts, writing, editing, and test email/mail

Kaizen is a Japanese word for continuous incremental improvement - making things a little better every single day. As I grew my company Gnossos Software from $0 to $2 million revenue, Kaizen was a key aspect of our success.

Delegate Daily - Kaizen Always

Your working life is a mixture of doing $100/hour work and $20/work. You know which is which. If you want to get to the next level in your business and increase your net profit, the solution is crystal clear:

Do Less $20/hour work and Do More $100/hour work

How many hours a week do you work? 40, 50, 60, 70 hours a week? How many are you still spending doing $20/hour work? 5, 10, 20 hours a week? If you switch 10 hours a week from $20 to $100 work you will make $30,000-50,000 more net profit per year.

The best approach is Kaizen. Focus every single day, in the morning, on what you did the previous day which was $20/hour work. Then, if you’re a client, email your Key Assistant and suggest when in the future you would like Best Agent Business to take that off your plate so you can do $100/hour sales activities instead of talking and meeting with clients and leads. If you’re not a client but would like to be, call me, email me or reply to this blog.

Hi Steve- I love the idea of Kaizen.  I am always trying to improve my business... Using small steps and minor tweaking to improve on the day before.
