We have a new strategy for Seller Home Valuation Leads. See HERE for more information. We support all of those vendors and more.  

LeadsToday is an excellent new vendor of a variety of services, including Seller Home Valuation Leads. In particular, they have very solid lead augmentation/matching services to turn partial leads which only provided an address into fuller leads with name, phone, email, social media links and more.

Do Not Assume

Too often, I notice clients making assumptions about lead sources, leads, clients, their assistant or agents, and pretty much everything. Successful people do not assume. They are open to calmly ask questions, be curious, and gather information so they can properly RESPOND to a situation wisely rather than REACT to a situation impulsively.  

Tom Ferry - Los Angeles Summit

Wow! The Tom Ferry summit was awesome. There were over 3,000 agents attending and I thought the content was among the best coaching conference I have attended in past few years. I have seen over 10 top real estate coaches in recent years and Tom Ferry and his team are excellent. 

He has half-day events around the country. See www.tomferry.com. I recommend going to an event to learn.

Steve's Musings

Bushido. Courage. Take Action. I am in high spirits after a long trip to San Diego and LA for business, family, and friends in August. The highlight was motorhome camping with two best childhood friends in San Diego Mountains who flew in from Jerusalem and Montreal. Awesome positive emotional energy.

I learned that in our business we should never assume. Ask questions and ask again to make sure the understanding is mutual for both parties.
