Buyer Management - More Profits from each Buyer Meeting
If you meet with 10 pre-approved buyers for a first consult/showing, what percent will you CLOSE within one year? I bet you just said 60-80%. Let's say 50%.
If you are a team with buyer's agents, what percent of buyer meetings do you think your team is closing? Yep, you have no idea at all. No clue. I bet it is about 25%, and we can prove it in 10 days if you let us. Reorganization - Teams
Best Agent Business is consolidating core teams as of 12/16/13:
- Lead Management: Database Management and Lead Management is now one to simplify. Everything will come from firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will send to the same email.
- Closing Management: Listing Management and Closing Management is now one to simplify, and includes the new Buyer Management. Everything will go through email@example.com.
- Marketing: We are making significant staff and systems changes, and just hired and trained some amazing new marketing staff. We will be slowing down during the next two weeks to get new systems in place and ready to roar in January 2014.
