The Craigslist Team at Best Agent Business was split off from the Listings Team to become its own entity, but still communicates with the Listing Management Team. Our Craigslist team has 8 Craigslist Listing Assistants who currently service 20 clients. Of those clients, we have one who posts 2 times per day at specified times, one client that we post randomly for up to 3 times per day, and then others that choose to have us post 1-3 times per week. So our team is equipped to handle the ever changing needs of our clients. Clients are assigned to a Craigslist Listing Assistant on a rotating and work-load basis. As an AGGRESSIVE user of Craigslist to get rental properties I manage LEASED * ROUTINE posting of an HTML for listings saves TIME and ENERGY. My firm's website host has an HTML export to Twitter and CL that I can copy and paste with little or no effort and the CL ad is AWESOME AND it has WATERMARKED photos!!!!
