You should post all your listings on Craigslist multiple times per week: seven days a week, twice each day. If you have a decent website, this will generate leads at a cost of $5-10 per lead, below typical cost of buyer PPC leads. The quality of Craigslist leads are better than generic web leads. They have shorter time frames and usually a higher average price.
We currently post listings to Craigslist for about 20 of our 80 clients. If you have over 10 listings and are not doing this, let's get started. Also, we can help 'borrow' listings from other agents, with their permission, and post 100+ listings weekly to scale up your business.

How many friends do you have on Facebook?
Of those friends, how many would you be comfortable with telling that you are a real estate agent and sending them a monthly email newsletter and monthly mailed newsletter?
How many of those Facebook friends that you would market to are NOT CURRENTLY IN YOUR DATABASE?
