Client Marketing - Monthly Client Contest
We suggest you have a Monthly Client Contest as part of your Client Marketing. For your monthly email and monthly mailing to Clients/SOI, create a fun and simple contest with a prize worth $100-$300. We suggest prizes like iPod Nano, GPS devices, bed & breakfast for a night, fancy dinner out for 2, theater/concert tickets for 2, gift card for Barnes & Noble, etc. To enter the contest, your Clients/SOI just need to email you with 'Contest' in subject line.
This makes it fast and easy for everyone to enter the contest. We predict that out of 100 people, you will get 10% response rate or more. If you vary the type of prize each month, you will get wider mix of people to respond. The best part is that when someone replies, you can banter with them via email to catch-up, find out their life situation, and so on. Then, when the winner is announced, we can send a mass email announcing the winner and posting a short question to people who entered. This is a fun and efficient way to keep in touch with your Clients/SOI which are the most profitable part of your business. Golden Egg - We Are Going to Follow Your Leads
I strongly recommend if you're a client that if you are not having us do your calling, you should start ASAP. The return on investment is huge and we can document it clearly.
We decided a while ago that just passing/escalating a Buyer - A or Seller - A lead from our calling to you or your buyer's agents is not enough. We changed our systems so that we STICK WITH THE LEAD FOREVER. You spent good money to get a lead to that stage. We do not want the money wasted and our Callers literally ask to be removed from client accounts where the salespeople (lead agent or buyer's agents), do not seem to follow-up and work leads fully and update Weekly Lead Reports. So, we are calling every lead escalated to Buyer/Seller A status a Golden Egg and our team will watch and maintain periodic customer service contact with each Golden Egg forever. That means that if your buyer's agent is dropping the ball, you will hear from us loud and clear.
