Kudos to the Success of 2013 and Help Us Save the Children

Save the Children - Charity by Best Agent Business

When I was a teenager, I became aware of this organization and saved some of my allowance to sponsor a child of my age in another country. When I started Lifebushido and Best Agent Business, I started to do the same thing.

Overall, part of my vision is that Carlton Lund (who is likely reading this) will be the Community Charity leader of the future Billion Dollar Agent Company of over 100 top agents doing over $1m GCI each per year who contribute at least 1% of revenue to community charity efforts. Thus, this group will be giving over $1,000,000 per year and likely that is just the start.

Kudos to Clients with Success

I want to give kudos to a San Diego client who grew from $13m to $26m in sales volume in 2013, without breaking a sweat. In fact, he probably worked fewer hours.

Another kudos to a sharp young husband and wife team in MN who will do close to $1,000,000 GCI with about 50% net profit - the key is fully using our Showing Agent model and tight systems.

What is the secret of our clients who grow profits the most? Three simple concepts:

·         Focus Unique Talent

·         Delegate Everything Else

·         Stop Wasting Leads

The most successful clients ONLY do those three things methodically every single day. Every single hour you spend doing anything OTHER than the above is wasting time and money and diluting your focus.

Do less.  You will make more. And be a lot happier. Trust me.

Steve's Musings

I have an open door call with a few of my staff daily Mon.-Fri. from 12:00-12:30pm. They can schedule and grab me for a quick 5-10 minutes. This is critical to my personal productivity. I highly recommend this to team leaders. Instead, most of you with 5-20 staff allow yourself to be interrupted all during the day by drop-ins or phone calls or text messages. If this is happening, your staff is sucking the life right out of you and turning you into a Manager which is the worst thing possible.

P.S. I will not be shopping at Target this week.
