Be a Part of Real Estate 2011 - Your Opinion Counts

Over three years ago. Best Agent Business introduced our book Billion Dollar Agent.  Based entirely on interviews with top real agents who have sold over $1 billion in their careers, the book offers agents insight into the mind of the movers-and-shakers of real estate.  At the time of release, the book got great reviews and testimonials.  It continues to be a popular seller on Amazon.com and as an e-book.  What's amazing is that Best Agent Business created the book entirely with our virtual staff.  We repeated the phenomena over the years with Real Estate 2008 and for various client projects.

calendarNow, with your help, we're doing it again!  This time, because of our improved publishing services, it will be within a drastically shortened time-frame.  Today's real estate has changed, and the future is uncertain.  From working in the trenches, you have your ideas about the state of the industry, the challenges, and the implications for doing business.  We'd like to hear them.  Then, we will compile them in an e-book called Real Estate in 2011 that we plan to release before Thanksgiving.

To participate, please go to this link for our on-line survey at http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22BDBX4GSQE to leave your opinions.  The process only takes 10 minutes, yet you can make an impact on our industry, plus offer suggestions that might help other agents and brokers.  In addition, as a co-contributor to the project, you will receive a free copy of the e-book when it is released.

In addition to inviting these online responses, our president, Steve Kantor, who is attending the Exit convention in Dallashomes this week, is soliciting responses from attendees.  Steve and Exit Realty Fusion broker Loretta Hughes brainstormed the idea for the book, which is sure to be both interesting and useful.

Best Agent Business will use the resources of our virtual assistant team to prepare the book for download by Thanksgiving, and then publish it in paperback.  If our team of assistants can get 1,000 real estate agents to be contributing authors and design, write, edit, and publish a book in seven days, imagine how we can help you grow your business.

Schedule a needs assessment call with Steve Kantor, to learn how our experienced home-based virtual assistants can also help you with your marketing, cleanup your database, and assist with other administrative and marketing tasks.

P.S. Looking to put a positive touch in your life? Be thankful.  Visit our Thank You Forward website for a great way to incorporate an attitude of gratitude in your life as we head toward the Thanksgiving season.
