Pipeline Empty or Thin - Focus on Daily Habits

You cannot fix an empty pipeline by working hard all of a sudden. That is a myth. The daily work you do of calling leads and meeting with people does not show up in your pipeline as under contract or closed deals for 100 days.

The work you do this week will not translate to cash in the bank for 100-200 days. Face reality. Focus on daily habits, not closings.

Client Innovation - Top Secret Project - Week 3

Secret Sam, my new codename for our brave client undergoing this secret project, is already behind schedule after 4 days of 2 hours per day accountability. Yes, you Secret Sam who is reading this right now. You cannot believe the excuses Secret Sam has already given me. The best one was that his pipes broke. Perhaps next week an ostrich will have invaded his bathroom or something.
